Hello! We are Bobbi McGrath & Heather Sunderland,
Certified Health Coaches who will be co-leading this group coaching program.
Bobbi holds a Master in Exercise Physiology & Cardiac Rehab and is Certified Regenerative Health & Detox Practitioner. She is a mold & heavy metal toxicity survivor and PTSD & Chronic Inflammatory Response Syndrome overcomer. She specializing in gut health restoration, environmental detoxification, nervous system regulation & chronic condition recovery.
Seven years ago, she was exactly where you are now. Exhausted despite sleeping 8+ hours, anxiety through the roof, food intolerances, mood swings, debilitating brain fog, terrible connective tissue pain and a whole host of other symptoms.

Nothing in this program is one-size-fits-all, and participants are encouraged to move at the speed their body can tolerate. Many people who have struggled with aggressive protocols find this approach feels more supportive and sustainable.
Q: Do you push detox in this program?
No. Detox is never forced in this program. We focus on building the foundations that allow detox to happen safely, including nervous system regulation, drainage pathways, nutrition, and energy production. Detox support and binders are introduced thoughtfully and only when appropriate, with an emphasis on timing, capacity, and listening to your body.
Q: What if I can't follow the program perfectly?
Progress over perfection. This program is designed to meet you where you are. If you need to go slower or modify certain weeks, that's completely okay. The most important thing is to go at your own pace. And don't compare.
Q: What if I've tried detoxing before and felt terrible?
That's exactly why nervous system support and drainage come first. Most people feel terrible during detox because their pathways are blocked. This program helps you learn to calm your nervous system and open drainage pathways first so toxins can leave your body safely and efficiently.
Q: Do I need a diagnosis of mold, Lyme, CIRS, or chronic illness to join?
No. A formal diagnosis is not required. This program is appropriate for individuals who have a chronic illness and resonate with a nervous-system-first, foundational approach to restoring health.
Q: What if I don’t feel better right away?
Healing from complex chronic illness is rarely linear. For many people, early progress looks like increased awareness, better regulation, fewer setbacks, or greater confidence, not immediate symptom relief. This program emphasizes long-term restoration rather than quick fixes, and will help normalize the ups and downs that can occur along the way.
Q: Do I need to be working with a practitioner?
You are not required to be working with a practitioner to participate. This program does not replace medical care, diagnose, or prescribe treatment, but it can complement the care you are already receiving.
Many participants find that while practitioners often focus on testing and treatment protocols, foundational pieces such as nervous system regulation, drainage support, pacing, nutrition, and day-to-day implementation are not always fully addressed. This program helps fill those gaps by providing education, guidance, and support that empower you to better understand your body and advocate for yourself within your existing care.
Q: What if I can’t attend the live sessions?
No problem! All live sessions will be recorded, and you will have access to the replay. You can watch on your own schedule and implement the content at your own pace.
Q: Are products included in the price of this program?
No products or supplements are included. We will discuss potential supports for the body, and it is up to you to purchase them on your own, with our guidance.
